Uz poneki \u00abtopolino\u00bb, glavninu su \u00aboktanskih\u00bb ljubimaca \u010dinila slu\u017ebena vozila buzetskih radnih organizacija.<br><br>Iz te daleke povijesti posebno se pamti karting utrka na kojoj su nastupili voza\u010di iz pet europskih zemalja, a Buzet je na automobilisti\u010dkim kartama bio ozna\u010den i kao prire\u0111iva\u010d ocjensko-spretnosnih vo\u017enji za regionalno prvenstvo.<br><br>Osim sve kvalitetnijih \u00aboktanskih\u00bb manifestacija, Buzet je tada imao i vrlo uspje\u0161nu automobilisti\u010dku \u00abposadu\u00bb koju su sa\u010dinjavali \u0110ani \u0160verko, u ono vrijeme jedno od poznatijih imena jugoslavenskog auto-sporta, Zvjezdan Ne\u017ei\u0107, Ser\u0111o \u0160verko i Mario class=\"uagb-heading-text\">BRDSKA UTRKA<\/h4><div class=\"uagb-separator\"><\/div><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\">Do 1972., kada je osnovano Auto moto dru\u0161tvo Buzet, automobilisti\u010dki su entuzijasti podno \u0106i\u0107arije djelovali u raznim neadekvatnim uvjetima \u0161to je iziskivalo dodatan trud u pripremi natjecanja, ali su uvijek s mnogo pa\u017enje izvr\u0161avali sve pred njih postavljene zadatke.<br><br>Krajem sedamdesetih u Buzetu se pojavljuje nova mlada generacija automobilisti\u010dkih zanesenjaka, tada potencijalnih natjecatelja, sportskih funkcionera i ostalih aktivista auto-moto sporta koja je nanovo zapo\u010dela s organizacijom automobilisti\u010dkih natjecanja u sklopu \u00ab<em>Buzetskih dana<\/em>\u00bb.<br><br>Bili su to najprije turisti\u010dki reliji dru\u0161tvenog i me\u0111udru\u0161tvenog karaktera vo\u017eeni u okolici Buzeta, koji su bili masovni i dostupni \u0161irem \u010dlanstvu, a postepeno se ra\u0111ala ideja i potreba da iz toga izraste jedna velika i zna\u010dajna sportska priredba.<br><br>Po\u0161to je procijenjeno da najbolje uvjete Buzet ima upravo za organizaciju brdske utrke, toj se ideji posvetilo i najvi\u0161e pa\u017enje.<br><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-f897f70d\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">ZLATNA BUZETSKA GENERACIJA<\/h4><div class=\"uagb-separator\"><\/div><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\">Sredinom osamdesetih pisani su najsjajniji uspjesi buzetskog automobilizma. Utrka je postala poznata i na me\u0111unarodnoj automobilisti\u010dkoj sceni, te su 1986. po prvi puta Buzet pohodili i voza\u010di iz drugih europskih zemalja, a buzetski su voza\u010di sakupljali uspjehe diljem dr\u017eave.<br><br>\u00abZlatna buzetska generacija\u00bb, koju su sa\u010dinjavali Branko Ba\u0161i\u0107, \u017darko Bauman, Silvano Vivoda i Dubravko Bo\u0161njakovi\u0107, tih je godina tri puta osvajala bron\u010dana postolja na natjecanjima biv\u0161e Jugoslavije. Ovi su uspjesi nadopunjeni briljantnom samostalnom karijerom Branka Ba\u0161i\u0107a, koji je dva puta stigao do naslova prvaka biv\u0161e dr\u017eave, te isto toliko puta bio i doprvak.<br><br>Buzet je Ba\u0161i\u0107u bio posebno omiljena staza. Pobje\u0111ivao je podno \u0106i\u0107arije na prvoj utrci 1982. u klasi popularnih \u00abfi\u0107a\u00bb, kada je njegovu pobjedu prilikom sve\u010danog progla\u0161enja slavilo oko 1000 simpatizera. Isto je ponovio 1984. i 1985. godine, a u prvih pet godina utrka \u010dak se osam puta penjao na pobjedni\u010dko postolje Prvenstva Hrvatske.<br><br>\u00abFi\u0107ek\u00bb je Ba\u0161i\u0107u donio titule Prvaka Jugoslavije 1982., 1984., 1985. i 1986., dok mu je primat 1983. godine oduzeo sugra\u0111anin Dubravko Bo\u0161njakovi\u0107. Sastanku su prisustvovali tada predsjednik AMD-a Buzet Ivan Prodan, \u010dlanovi predsjedni\u0161tva Branko Ba\u0161i\u0107, Miljenko Nikoli\u0107 i danas pokojni Mario Poropat, te \u010dlanovi sportske komisije \u017darko Bauman, \u017deljko Hren i Damir Rupena. Na tom skupu \u00abmladosti i iskustva\u00bb nakon dugotrajne rasprave pala je odluka da se utrka prijavi za slu\u017ebenu konkurenciju dr\u017eavnog prvenstva.<br><br>Uz \u00abpove\u0107anu dozu\u00bb entuzijazma koji je \u010desto va\u017ean faktor kod organizacija takvih natjecanja, Buze\u0107ani nisu ni\u0161ta \u017eeljeli prepustiti improvizaciji. Posjetom auto utrci na Pohorju, koja je slovila za najorganiziraniju u biv\u0161oj Jugoslaviji, dvije godine za redom na licu su se mjesta uvjerili u zahtjevnost projekta. Uz najdu\u017eu istarsku rijeku Mirnu skupilo se \u010dak 105 voza\u010da u \u010detiri klase natjecatelja, \u0161to je bila jedna od impozantnijih brojki onda\u0161njeg prvenstva. \u00abNovope\u010denim\u00bb organizatorima dodijeljeno je te godine priznanje za uspje\u0161nu manifestaciju. Auto moto savez Jugoslavije je Buze\u0107ane zatim nagra\u0111ivao 1983., 1984., i 1985., a do dana\u0161njeg su dana priznanjima dobrano ispunili svoje ormare. Ratni vihor zaprijetio joj je i 1991. no skromnija organizacija tih godina odr\u017eala je tradiciju. Pote\u0161ko\u0107e se nisu odrazile na posjet \u010dime se Buzet jo\u0161 jednom potvrdio kao \u00abmeka\u00bb hrvatskog automobilizma. No ipak mnogo je stranica buzetske automobilisti\u010dke povijesti ispisano vedrijim tonovima, a posebno se isti\u010de 1990. godine kada su stazom od Mosta do Svih Svetih prire\u0111ene dvije utrke. Uz redovnu rujansku prire\u0111en je i Alpe Dunav Kup u svibnju koji je okupio europsku automobilisti\u010dku elitu. Narednih godina u samostalnoj Hrvatskoj, Buzetska je utrka najposje\u0107enija i najorganiziranija u zemlji, pa je logi\u010dan slijed bio i prijava kandidature za ugo\u0161\u0107ivanje brdskog prvenstva \u00abStarog kontinenta\u00bb. Prvu je granicu brzina postavio Slovenac Silvan Lulik voze\u0107i Opel Kadet, koji je voze\u0107i prosje\u010dnom brzinom od 85,360 kilometara na sat, 4209 metara duga\u010dku stazu pro\u0161ao za 2.57,51 minutu. Naredne godine popravio je vlastiti rekord za gotovo deset sekundi, a primat najbr\u017eega 1984. preuzima Stojan Pirjevec \u010dlan Donit Olimpije u automobilu Fiat 131 Abarth. Naredne godine po prvi je puta rekord i \u201cslu\u017ebeno\u201d kategoriziran, a \u010dast da podigne pehar u tu \u010dast pripala je Austrijancu Ernestu Priegeru sa Lanciom Stratos i vremenom 2.40,00. 1998. Jozef Zajelsnik svojom formulom 2 \u201cspu\u0161ta\u201d vrijeme apsolutnog rekorda na 2.18,02, da bi godinu kasnije izvozio stazu u vremenu 2.12,47. Godine 2000. staza se produ\u017euje na 5001 metar. Tri godine kasnije Talijan Denny Zardo do cilja dolazi za samo 2.15,338, \u0161to ga sve do 2011. godine svrstava me\u0111u rekordere Buzetski dana. Naime, 2011. godine, dotrajalom asfaltu unato\u010d i na veliko iznena\u0111enje mnogih, rekord ru\u0161i Simone Faggioli (2.12.209). Godinu dana kasnije Faggioli ponovno dolazi na buzetsko brda gdje pi\u0161e novu povijest ove utrke.
