Clerk of the Course, Branko Ba\u0161i\u0107 pointed out that creme de la creme of European\u00a0and Croatian motor sport world was coming. Igor Stefanovski, Current European Champion\u00a0is again bringing about 120 fans along, as well as 15 Members of the press. Croatian\u00a0Chapmionship is equally interesting – Sini\u0161a Krainc and Istvan Kavecz are currently sharing\u00a0the first place in Category E1.<\/p>\n
Otherwise, the race also counts towards Slovene Championship, Austrian\u00a0Championship and the European Historic Championship.<\/p>\n
The 33rd Buzetski Dani event programme starts on Friday, the 19th at noon with the\u00a0Administrative checks and the Technical Scrutineering at Sv. Ivan after which, at about\u00a05.30 p.m. there is a Motorcade of the participants, running along the centre of Buzet\u00a0towards Fontana Square. The Organizer invites everybody to join in cheering and\u00a0supporting the drivers before the race itself and gives the public an opportunity to mingle\u00a0among the competitors, take pictures and get autographs. Morover, numerous outdoor\u00a0sports clubs from Buzet will showcase their charms: downhill and enduro competitors,\u00a0paragliders, trekkers, walkers and free climbers. Also you will be able to see the children\u00a0from the Kindergarten and the Secondary school perform. In the Masimova Skuja Tent on\u00a0Friday we will watch the tu. Coyote Girls and DJ Hoky, on SaturdayGiuliano and Fenix.\u00a0Beating in mind safety of the drivers and the spectators first, this year the track\u00a0was refresments with new lasera of Asphalt on most vulnerable pla\u010de\u0161, pointed out Marinko\u00a0Krbav\u010di\u0107, Secretary of the Event. Furthermore, double railing was installed about 400\u00a0metres along.Damir Rupena, the President of AK Buzet showed\u00a0his immense satisfaction with the fact that this is the biggest, most visitors and oldest hill\u00a0Climb event in Croatia and over which has successfully been organised since 1982.<\/p>\n
Ms Ana Perni\u0107, Deputy Mayoress was also oresent at the conference.\u00a0“We are very proud of this event and are certain that we shall make splendido hosts\u00a0this year, too. Buzet has put in an Application for the European City of Sport and the EU\u00a0Commission present here ten days ago showed their amazement at the positive spirit and\u00a0enthusiasm. Buzetski Dani have become a brand, important in tourism and the local\u00a0economy”.<\/p>\n
